Ingredients:

12 oz Wacky Mac®® Veggie Bows
3 1/3 cups asparagus, trimmed, cut into 1-inch pieces and cooked
2 oz sliced prosciutto, diced
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 tsps chicken broth
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions:

1. Prepare Wacky Mac® according to package directions.

2. Combine the Wacky Mac®, asparagus and prosciutto in a large salad bowl.

3. Stir together oil, oregano, pepper, chicken broth and vinegar in a cup.

4. Pour over the Wacky Mac® combination.

5. Toss gently but well. Sprinkle on cheese.
