12 oz Wacky Mac®® Veggie Spirals
15 oz mandarin oranges, drained
3 each scallions, finely chopped
3 each ribs of celery, chopped
2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1 tsp curry powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 each avocado, diced

Cooking Directions:

1. Prepare Wacky Mac® according to package directions.

2. Drain and rinse under cold water. Place in very large salad bowl.

3. Add oranges, scallions, celery and chicken. 

4. Stir together oil, orange juice, vinegar, curry powder, salt, paprika and pepper in a small bowl.

5. Pour over salad. Toss gently but well. Top with avocado.
