Ingredients:

12 oz Wacky Mac®® Veggie Bows
1 pint grape tomato cut in half
1 lb cooked diced chicken breast
2 large scallions, finely chopped
2 cups baby arugula
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup crushed tomatoes, preferably fire-roasted
3 Tbsps white wine vinegar
2 Tbsps canola oil
2 tsps honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Cooking Directions:

1. Prepare Wacky Mac® according to package directions and rinse under cold water.
2. Place cooked Wacky Mac® in large salad bowl. Add tomatoes, chicken, scallions, arugula, almonds and raisins. Toss gently but well.

3. In a small bowl, stir together crushed tomatoes, vinegar, oil, honey, salt, red pepper flakes and pepper.

4. Pour dressing over pasta mixture. Toss gently but well.
