Ingredients:

12 oz Wacky Mac®® Veggie Shapes
1 Tbsp canola oil
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
4 cups bok choy trimmed and thinly sliced
12 oz boneless skinless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup reduced sodium teriyaki sauce
1/8 tsp Asian hot chili oil

Cooking Directions:

1. Prepare Wacky Mac® according to package directions

2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Add onion, garlic and bok choy. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes.

3. Add chicken; cook over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

4. Add broth. Bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute to reduce liquid.

5. Add teriyaki sauce, chili oil and Wacky Mac®. Reduce heat to low and heat through.
