Ingredients:

1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 medium cherry tomatoes, halved
1 large scallions, chopped
1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
1 large celery, chopped
12 oz Wacky Mac®® Veggie Spirals
1 Tbsp fresh basil leaves, minced
3 Tbsps olive oil, divided
4 tsps white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 Tbsp serrano chile, seeded and chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Cooking Directions:

1. Combine pork, tomatoes, scallion, olives, celery and basil in large salad bowl.

2. Add cooked Wacky Mac; toss gently but well.

3. Stir together olive oil, vinegar, oregano, chile, salt and pepper in small bowl.

4.  Pour over salad just before serving. Toss well.
