Ingredients:

12 oz Wacky Mac®® Veggie Bows
2 large fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 each celery, chopped
2 each scallions, coarsely chopped
4 Tbsps fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 each garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 small avocado, peeled and diced

Cooking Directions:

1. Prepare Wacky Mac® according to package directions.  Place cooked and drained Wacky Mac® in large salad bowl.

2. Add tomatoes, celery, scallions and basil. Toss gently but well.

3. In a small bowl, stir together garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, oil, broth, salt and pepper. Pour over salad.
  
4. Toss gently but well. Add avocado. Gently toss again.
