Ingredients:

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup red onion, chopped
1 each garlic clove, minced
1 each rib of celery, chopped
1 each green bell pepper, chopped
1 each jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 cups diced fire roasted tomatoes
2 cups diced fire roasted tomatoes
4 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
2 each chicken andouille sausage, cut in thin diagonal slices
1 cup sliced frozen okra
8 oz raw shrimp, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
12 oz Wacky Mac®® Veggie Spirals

Cooking Directions:

1. Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, celery, green pepper and jalapeno chile.

 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in tomatoes with can juices, chicken broth, sausage and okra.

3. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low.

4. Stir in shrimp, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes or until shrimp are cooked and flavors are blended.

5.Stir in cooked Wacky Mac and heat through.
