To prepare 6 oz. of WACKY MAC, bring 3 quarts of water to a rapid boil, add salt if desired. Add WACKY MAC gradually so that the water continues to boil. Stir occasionally.

In general, cook at a fast boil 10-12 minutes. Pasta is done when tender but firm: this is called al dente. Do not overcook. If pasta is to be part of a main dish requiring further cooking, undercook slightly. Drain pasta.
