Stovetop Directions:
To prepare 6 oz. of NO YOLKS, bring 3 quarts of water to a rapid boil,
add salt if desired. Add NO YOLKS gradually so that the water continues
to boil. Stir occasionally.
In general, cook at a fast boil 10-18 minutes (depending upon the cut of
pasta – see package for specific time). Pasta is done when tender
but firm: this is called al dente. Do not overcook. If pasta is to be
part of a main dish requiring further cooking, undercook slightly. Drain
pasta. |
